Job Summary
Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and deliver parent training to ensure high clinical quality. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors while maintaining 30 billable hours per week. Collaborate within a pod model to support peers, contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development, and participate in innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations with UCLA. This role offers a full-time schedule with two remote work days, a base salary of $90-95K plus a performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits including CEU reimbursement and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
