Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while delivering parent training to ensure high clinical quality. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors within a collaborative pod model to promote clinical consistency. Maintain 30 billable hours per week and contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development. Work in-person at our center-based ABA facility in Indian Wells, CA, with two days of remote flexibility. This role supports individuals with autism and developmental needs, offering a structured environment focused on reducing administrative burdens to prioritize direct patient care.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
