Job Summary
Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and deliver parent training while maintaining 30 billable hours per week. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors to ensure high clinical quality and consistency within a pod model. Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development while collaborating on innovative research initiatives and academic partnerships. Work in a center-based ABA setting with two remote days per week, supported by a team structure that reduces administrative burdens to focus on clinical care.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
