Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while maintaining 30 billable hours per week. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, and deliver parent training to ensure high clinical quality. Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency, while contributing to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development. This Clinical Supervisor role at Accel Therapies involves in-person hybrid services across center-based and home-based ABA settings, with two remote days per week. The position supports individuals with autism and developmental needs, offering a structured, team-oriented environment focused on reducing administrative burdens to prioritize clinical care.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
