Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while maintaining 30 billable hours per week. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, delivering parent training to ensure high clinical quality. Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency, while contributing to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development. You will work in-person at a center-based ABA facility in Indian Wells, CA, with two days of remote flexibility. This role offers a base salary of $85-95K plus a $6,000 annual performance bonus, alongside medical, dental, and vision insurance. Candidates must hold a completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and an active BCBA certification.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
