Job Summary
Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and deliver parent training while maintaining 30 billable hours weekly. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, ensuring high clinical quality across a collaborative pod model. Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development within a center-based ABA setting. This role supports individuals with autism and developmental needs, requiring a Master's degree, active BCBA certification, and experience in the field. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
