Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while maintaining 30 billable hours per week. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, deliver parent training, and ensure high clinical quality. Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency. Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development. This role involves in-person, center-based ABA work with 2 WFH days per week. You will join a team supported by mentorship and a structured culture focused on reducing administrative burdens to maximize time on direct clinical care.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
