Job Summary
Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and deliver parent training while maintaining 30 billable hours weekly. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors to ensure high clinical quality and consistency. Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development. This role involves in-person hybrid services across center-based and home-based ABA settings, with two remote days per week. You will work with individuals with autism and developmental needs, utilizing technology for electronic data collection. Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
