Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while maintaining 30 billable hours per week. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, deliver parent training, and ensure high clinical quality. Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency, while contributing to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development. You will work Monday through Friday with two days of remote flexibility and three days onsite. Accel Therapies prioritizes reducing administrative burdens to focus on delivering high-quality clinical care and supports growth through mentorship and academic collaborations.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
