Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while maintaining 30 billable hours per week. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, delivering parent training to ensure high clinical quality. Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency, while contributing to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development. This Clinical Supervisor role at Accel Therabies involves in-person hybrid services across center-based and home-based ABA settings, with two remote work days per week. The position supports a team structure focused on reducing administrative burdens to allow full dedication to delivering high-quality clinical care.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
