Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while delivering parent training and ensuring high clinical quality. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency. Maintain 30 billable hours per week and contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development. This role involves in-person, center-based ABA work with 2 days of remote flexibility, offering a full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- A completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
