Job Summary
Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and deliver parent training while maintaining 30 billable hours weekly. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors to ensure high clinical quality and consistency within the pod model. Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development while collaborating on innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations. This role offers a full-time, in-person schedule with two days of remote flexibility, located in Riverside, CA. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 annually, plus a $6,000 performance bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
