Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while providing mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors. Deliver parent training, maintain 30 billable hours per week, and collaborate within a pod model to support peers and ensure clinical consistency. Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development. Work in a center-based or home-based ABA setting with two remote days per week.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
