Job Summary
Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and deliver parent training while maintaining 30 billable hours weekly. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, and collaborate within a pod model to ensure clinical consistency. Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development. Work in an in-person, center-based ABA setting with two days remote flexibility, reporting Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
