Job Summary
Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth operations and full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap. Cultivate and maintain a skilled treatment team by offering consistent oversight, support, and professional development. Oversee client engagement and morale while interacting with every client to foster a warm, encouraging atmosphere. Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary. This Master's-level role requires current licensure in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, or CAC-AD) and five years of supervisory experience in a hospital or residential setting. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure necessary to practice as clinical director in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, CAC-AD)
- Master's degree (or higher) in related field
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
- 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/ residential setting preferred
- 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/ dual diagnosed clients
