Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to a caseload of at least 12 clients weekly (W2) or 6 clients weekly (1099). Provide supervision and mentorship to pre-licensed providers, guiding treatment plans, monitoring service quality, and managing performance interventions. Maintain ethical standards, complete clinical documentation, and coordinate care for clients presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and developmental concerns. Work in a collaborative setting across Minneapolis and St. Paul locations with flexible hybrid scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- MN State licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Board Approval to provide Clinical Supervision under the Minnesota Board of Social Work, Behavioral Health & Therapy, and/or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical therapy
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
- Minimum of 1 year of previous group practice experience
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapy modalities
- Commitment to professional development
- Position can be full time in office or a hybrid of in office and remote with a minimum requirement of 3 days in office
- Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee (combination role of supervisor and provider)
Desired Qualifications
- One or more of the following specialties: Works with children under the age of 13 years old and/or comfortable supervising this work
- Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy
- Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer's/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women's health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc)
