Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor (BCBA, CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC) leads a team of clinicians, provides orientation and ongoing training, ensures adherence to documentation, accreditation, payer, and contract standards, and supports clinical outcomes through supervision, case consultations, and implementation of evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include supervising a clinical team, facilitating supervision meetings, ensuring completion of training objectives, developing personalized care plans with clients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality of care and pursue organizational goals. Requires licensure and two years of behavioral health experience with full licensure; Master’s degree in a related field; active licenses as listed.
