Clinical Supervisor (Adoption Support and Preservation)

Oversee clinical leadership and service authorization for adoptive and subsidized guardianship families facing stability challenges. Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, family-centered services including therapy, caregiver education, advocacy, and resource connections. Supervise and evaluate a team of four therapists and one clinical case manager, providing direct clinical supervision to unlicensed staff and managing a caseload of up to ten participants. Implement program plans ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, funding requirements, and accreditation standards. Monitor continuous quality improvement processes, track outcome measures, and prepare accurate clinical and funder reports. Respond to crisis calls, provide mental health consultation to staff and community partners, and facilitate clinical trainings. Report suspected abuse or neglect to the Department of Children and Family Services. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and participate in site visits as requested.
