Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor for the Assertive Community Treatment program is responsible for overseeing clinical programming, providing clinical leadership, and direct supervision for staff. Key responsibilities include managing client referrals, developing training plans, attending team meetings for clinical consultation, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid and other payor regulations. The position requires a Master’s degree in social services or a related field, independent licensure, and three years of supervisory experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social services or other related human service field
- Independent License professional (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
- 3 years’ experience in the field of human services, with experience in supervision
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines, and photocopiers
- Must be willing to obtain car insurance requirements of 100,000/300,000 bodily injury and current driver's license
