Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary team serving vulnerable individuals with Serious Mental Health Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and/or Chronic Health Conditions. Responsibilities include clinical supervision for ASWs and MFTs, developing bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, conducting clinical reviews, and ensuring compliance with Medi-Cal regulations. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, appropriate licensure, and substantial supervisory experience in community mental health.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work or Psychology degree
- LCSW or LMFT licensure required (Preferred: LCSW)
- 2 years’ experience post licensure providing clinical supervision to staff
- 5 years supervisory experience in community mental health or co-occurring program
- 2 years of field experience working with people with serious mental illness, individuals with co-occurring disorders, complex health issues, and/or the chronically homeless population
- Use of personal vehicle, proof of a valid and current California Driver’s License and current insurance along with a clean DMV record required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within an Assertive Community Treatment program or similar
- Understanding of the following evidence-based practices: Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation
- Experience with Utilization Reviews and overseeing Clinical Quality Reviews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, systems, and platforms
