Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight of assigned programs, conducts individual supervision for staff, reviews documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provides coaching on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinates with other supervisors to facilitate clinical group supervision, and may provide services to patients including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy. Must possess independent state licensure (LISW/LPCC/LMFT or psychiatrist/psychologist) and have supervisory experience; duties include utilizing evidence-based practices, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team; adherence to ethics, state regulations, and program contracts; willingness to undergo background check, TB screen, and drug testing; board-approval process for supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist)
- Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
- Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment when needed
- Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing
- Must be or apply to be board approved supervisor with counseling and social work boards
