Job Summary
Evening/Night Clinical Supervisor leads and supports caregivers, nurses, and med techs on 2nd/3rd shift in an assisted living setting. Oversees resident care to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity; acts as calm voice and confident decision-maker after hours; handles admissions, changes in condition, and family communication; maintains smooth operations while others are asleep. Requires LPN or RN license and experience in assisted living or long-term care; strong clinical judgment, leadership, and ability to work independently.
