Job Summary
Clinical Success Manager to own end-to-end client relationships for a portfolio of dental enterprise and mid-market accounts, driving product adoption through clinical workflow expertise; design and deliver scalable clinical training assets and enablement programs; represent clinical thought leadership in client meetings and industry events; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation to translate client insights into actionable product improvements; require a dental degree and 5+ years in dentistry, healthcare consulting, customer success, or related roles; strong communication skills and the ability to bridge clinical and business perspectives across multiple accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Dental degree (DDS, DMD, RDH, or equivalent) with business or industry experience (MBA, consulting, customer success, or leadership roles in dental organizations)
- 5+ years of experience in dentistry, healthcare consulting, customer success, or product adoption roles
