Job Summary
Clinical Studio Manager oversees the Tempe Marketplace ear piercing studio, delivering clinical care in a celebratory retail setting. Responsibilities include piercing sessions, ensuring safety and aseptic conditions, educating customers on aftercare, leading a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, driving sales and meeting studio targets, managing inventory and POS processes, maintaining studio cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinating training and development. The role requires an active RN or LPN/LVN license, 3-5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, customer-focused service, flexible scheduling (including weekends/holidays), and proficiency with POS systems and Google Suite. The position is full-time in Tempe, AZ with a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 and additional bonuses/benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN License
