Job Summary
Clinical Staff Pharmacist role focused on safe, high-quality pharmacotherapy, accurate dispensing, drug information provision, and participation in patient care rounds and unit-based services. Responsibilities include verifying orders, reviewing prescriptions for interactions and dosages, clarifying orders with prescribers, supervising technicians, educating staff and patients, contributing to formulary and safety initiatives, and supporting drug-use policies. Requires PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with relevant experience, MD license, and inpatient experience; PGY-1 or board certification preferred. Salary range reflects an hourly rate with benefits described by Luminis Health; location is Annapolis, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with commensurate experience required
- At least 1 year of inpatient experience required
- PGY-1 residency or Board Certification preferred
- Current Maryland State License
