Clinical Staff Pharmacist

Provide initial clinical medication counseling and regular patient reassessments for specialty medication needs via in-person, telephonic, or video encounters. Enroll specialty pharmacy patients into medication management programs by assisting with recruitment and coordinating medication adjustments to optimize regimens. Serves as a primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, demonstrating empathy while referring individuals to financial counseling for copay assistance. Collaborate with providers to integrate pharmacy services and facilitate exemplary care for new and existing Baptist Health specialty pharmacy patients. Maintain onsite clinic services and operational policies while providing limited supervision for Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators.
