Clinical Staff Nurse Float

Float Clinical Staff Nurse coordinates patient care across community health centers, delivering nursing care, immunizations, and health education; floats between clinics to ensure coverage and maintain efficiency and safety; administers medications following the five rights and documents care; assists in laboratory and pharmacy as needed; educates patients and families about diagnoses and plans of care; facilitates communication among health center staff and coordinates referrals and patient care needs; maintains inventory of medical supplies and adheres to CLIA and OSHA standards; requires RN licensure in Kansas and CPR certification; travel across the facility and community; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong teamwork, organizational, and customer service skills.
