Clinical Staff Leader, Labor & Delivery, FT Days - VUH

Lead a cohort of staff members and actively participate in the overall management of the Labor & Delivery unit, defining standards for quality patient care and developing clinical practice. Provide feedback and coaching to staff members, recognizing contributions while fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring clinical assignments align with patient needs and demonstrated competencies. Manage multiple projects, including timelines, work plans, and deliverables, while maintaining alignment with the strategic plan and vision. Conduct performance reviews, delegate tasks, and coach subordinates on technical and interpersonal topics to support professional development. Resolve operational problems and ensure compliance with statutory instructions and safety regulations. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, under the guidance of the manager.
