Clinical Specialty Pharmacist Critical Care

Select, dose, and dispense medication orders across specialized clinical areas including nuclear medicine, oncology, and cardiology while reviewing all orders to identify and resolve potential drug-related problems. Serve as a pharmacy subject matter expert providing clinical guidance to leadership and communicating with physicians to deliver critical drug information and education. Lead and oversee technical personnel involved in medication preparation and dispensing to maintain accuracy and efficiency across pharmacy operations. Requires Texas State Board of Pharmacy licensure, a PGY1 and PGY2 residency in Critical Care.
