Job Summary
Conduct high-stakes clinical pharmacy services in nuclear medicine, oncology, and cardiology, tailoring medication plans to ensure patient safety. Review orders proactively to identify and resolve drug-related issues before they reach the bedside. Act as a trusted advisor to medical staff and clinical leadership, providing real-time drug information and recommending formulary alternatives that prioritize safety and efficacy. Oversee the technical pharmacy team and serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students. Cover both AMG Midtown and Saint Thomas Heart outpatient locations in Nashville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy
