Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure - North Detroit

Act as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting for Vessel Closure products. Provide clinical education and sales support to help achieve sales goals and increase market share. Meet with physicians, hospital staff, and office groups to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how vascular products can help. Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers; serve as the primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education. Deliver presentations and demonstrations on product usage across Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology Lab, and Operating Room; respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with cross-functional teams. Attend clinical procedures to ensure customer and patient success, and support the broader region with additional case coverage as needed.
