Job Summary
Clinical Specialist for Vessel Closure in the Fayetteville/Raleigh, NC region. Responsible for case planning and coverage, product pull-through, and clinical education/training of hospital staff to support Abbott Vascular vessel-closure products. Acts as the technical procedure and product expert in the hospital setting, builds relationships with physicians and hospital personnel, conducts presentations and demonstrations, and travels to support procedures in Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Operating Room environments. Heavy emphasis on education, clinical support, customer engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals. Requires travel up to 50% within the assigned region and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-5+ years of related experience; preferred technical certification.
