Clinical Specialist role based in the United Kingdom (Remote/Field) focusing on implementing and adopting HistoSonics technology across sites in the UK. You will provide expert procedural support during live cases, partner with the Global Director to align readiness and growth opportunities, lead on-site launches and technology integrations, and collaborate with Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to optimize workflows and outcomes. Travel up to 75% within the UK is required, including overnights, with a field-based, primarily remote arrangement. Must demonstrate deep procedural knowledge in imaging and therapy delivery, ensure adherence to clinical and safety protocols, drive procedural growth, and maintain strong relationships with physicians and clinical staff. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3+ years in medical devices or healthcare technology, credentialing requirements, and the ability to travel domestically up to 75%. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support (imaging, ultrasound, or robotic experience preferred)
- Proven ability to drive clinical adoption and support procedural success
- Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic), including overnights as required
- Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, immunizations)
- Preferred experience: Operating Theatre, program growth, sales
