Job Summary
Visionworks Clinical Specialist serves as the face of the exam practice, guiding patients through the first steps of their eye care journey. Responsibilities include conducting preliminary testing, understanding eye health and optics, transitioning patients from doctor to sales floor, educating on products and services, and supporting day-to-day store operations (restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, answering phones) to optimize the patient experience. Candidates should have related customer or patient experience preferred, and a strong, charismatic approach to service with knowledge of vision care and managed vision care benefits.
