Job Summary
Provide clinical support during procedures by educating customers through in-servicing training, literature, and videos approved by the company. Identify and develop relationships with key clinical decision-makers to support product lines while maintaining knowledge of SBU product lines and clinical procedures. Support the annual business plan to help the sales team meet projected goals and complete expense reports and call reports as required. Maintain frequent communication with the Regional Manager and adhere strictly to safety requirements and company quality standards. Work effectively across various levels of the global organization with minimal supervision, requiring up to 70% international and domestic travel and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must have effective oral and written communications throughout various levels of the global organization
- Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
- Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
- Must be physically capable of operating a motor vehicle on a regular basis
- Must be a holder of a valid driver's license
- Must be in good standing to legally operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in a clinical environment preferred
