Job Summary
Greet patients with exemplary customer service, accurately enter data into the EHR system, and assist with paperwork and record filing. Answer phone inquiries promptly, handle cash payments responsibly, and report waiting room status to managers. Maintain clinic efficiency while interacting respectfully with physicians, patients, and staff. Requires a High School Diploma, current LPN or Paramedic license, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite and EHRs. One year of EMR experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Up-to-date Medical License as an LPN, or Paramedic
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and a team player
- Computer Proficiency (including Microsoft Suite), EHRs and CRMs
- Flexible and adaptable. Able to work in a continuously evolving environment
- Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients and other staff members with respect
- 1 year EMR systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in any high-volume / high-intensity service industry (e.g. hospital, medical office or retail environment)
- Experiencing administering Intramuscular Injections
- Phlebotomy skills
- EMR systems
