Job Summary
Manage responsibilities within the allotted Travel & Expense budget while providing monthly updates on regional training activities. Facilitate customer training classes to support conversion or retention opportunities and collaborate with the Regional Team to clinically support engagements from pre-sale through post-conversion. Develop strong working relationships with end-users by providing product in-servicing, clinical education, and routine follow-up support at end-user locations. Conduct regional training for contractual nursing support and lead Vascular Access Management assessments programs. Ability to travel up to 70% of the time with a requirement for four days of in-office presence per week.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science degree in Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience specializing in ultrasound-guided procedures and vascular access devices
- Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, device selection, and insertion techniques
- Strong understanding and knowledge of infusion therapy, vascular access, and key disease states served by MDS products
- Excellent communication and training abilities for clinical education and customer support
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Competence in troubleshooting and providing clinical expertise for BD vascular access products
- Proven training skills to conduct educational courses
- Persuasive and credible; able to influence without authority
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards
- Minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or science-based field
- Advanced certification in vascular access and/or critical care nursing (such as CRNI, VA-BC, CCRN, CEN, or equivalent)
