Job Summary
Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Imaging, Navigation, Robotics products, procedures, anatomy, and implant products. Provide educational support for new surgeons, OR staff, and administrators during INR installs and ongoing customer needs. Deliver comprehensive hands-on training to potential and existing customers through cadaver and bio-skill labs. Offer ongoing INR education to Globus Implant Peers prior to capital installation and support the installation process to ensure consistent utilization within the first 90 days. Collaborate with the implant team to identify capital and implant targets, manage key opinion leader surgeons, and cultivate surgeon support to generate market awareness. Maintain compliance with governmental laws, the AdvaMed Code, and company policies while representing the company with the highest ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years clinical support or relevant experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of the operating room environment
- Ability to collaborate and influence
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Required to sit
- Required to climb or balance
- Required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Required to possess specific vision abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
