Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver a high-quality, efficient Pectus Physiotherapy Service based on patient needs assessment while developing and implementing operational procedures aligned with best practice standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging techniques and engage in continuous professional development through clinical audit, research, and data analysis. Contribute to the overall management of the Physiotherapy Service within the Senior Physiotherapy Management Team, fostering positive relationships across multidisciplinary teams. Lead staff development by participating in induction, performance appraisal, and in-service training programmes, ensuring compliance with Pectus Service policies and quality/accreditation standards. Required Qualifications
- Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration with CORU
- Minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in Orthopaedic or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Desired Qualifications
- Membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP)
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedics or Musculoskeletal practice
- Strength & Conditioning skills
- Understanding of ethical, social, and professional practice contexts
