Clinical Specialist - PFT

Job Summary
Provide product demonstration support in hospitals and clinics, deliver high-quality clinical training to internal and external customers, and assist in product evaluations, conversions, and installations. Work in coordination with the sales team to achieve goals, maintain current customer databases, and identify business opportunities by staying abreast of medical literature and market trends. Make presentations at conferences and ensure effective communication regarding service quality issues. Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques while cooperating on special projects. Requires a full class driver's license, ability to travel frequently, and fluency in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary degree in Health Sciences, Respiratory Therapy or equivalent
- Minimum of eight (8) years of clinical experience in the hospital environment
- Specialized experience and knowledge regarding medical device, product use, benefits, challenges and end-user needs
- Excellent written skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Ability to safely and lawfully operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to travel frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs (23kg)
- A full class driver's licence, and at least three (3) years' driving experience with an ongoing satisfactory driver's abstract
- A clear vulnerable sector/ criminal background check, appropriate for working in the hospital environment
Desired Qualifications
- Sales or marketing experience
- Fluent in French both written and oral
