Job Summary
Represent Medtronic Pelvic Health during surgeries and implants by providing necessary equipment, demonstrating expertise in device selection, programming, and testing. Maintain current product knowledge to proactively identify needs for new and existing accounts, then educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff through one-on-one sessions, seminars, and symposiums. Assist the district manager and training department in onboarding new employees, while providing sales support by completing documentation such as implant registration and invoices. Place orders with customer service for pending purchase orders and product replacements, and contribute to regional and national project milestones. Ensure compliance with all quality policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of patient care/clinical experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of patient care/clinical experience
- Valid driver's license
- Active vehicle insurance policy
- Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory
- May require overnight travel
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Clinical skill and knowledge (ex. ability to conduct a simple trial, implant and/or refill a pump)
- Clinical experience with implantable Neuromodulation products and stim experience
- Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use
- Experience working with a medical device or pharmaceutical company
- Clinical experience in a specialty area: urology, surgical, RN, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic, operating room, or home health care
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales and health care professionals
- Ability to coach others on use of products and clinical applications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Medtronic experience
