Job Summary
Clinical Specialist role providing home-based care support for medically complex pediatric patients. Responsibilities include loading, delivering and setting up durable medical equipment and oxygen, demonstrating equipment operation to families, ensuring a safe home environment regarding equipment, performing follow-up visits for non-clinical respiratory patients, conducting home environmental assessments for oxygen patients, assisting patients with equipment-related problems, completing required paperwork, exchanging equipment due for maintenance, setting up and ensuring delivery of diagnostic studies to physicians, and responding to emergency calls with clinical backup as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Two year degree, preferably in healthcare related field
- Must have a valid driver�s license.
- Familiarity with medical documentation systems.
- Ability to use navigation system and follow maps.
