Job Summary
Provide clinical case coverage as assigned, including CVAC procedures across Charlotte, NC, and the wider territory. Train the surgical team on instrument preparation and safe device usage, while verbally supporting cases during training periods. Maintain and prepare equipment kits for surgery, conduct Quality Control audits, and troubleshoot issues per standard procedures. Acquire current knowledge of perioperative surgical technology, hospital policies, and assist in delivering procedural training to physicians. Ensure 100% inventory accuracy against shipping documents and demonstrate appropriate interactions with all hospital service providers. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding label promotion and healthcare professional interactions.
Required Qualifications

- ability to proctor cases to excellence
- ability to independently cover CVAC procedures
- ability to train the surgical team on the safe and effective uses of the device
- familiarity with the surgical procedure
- familiarity with surgical instruments
- familiarity with surgical supplies
- familiarity with surgical equipment
- ability to train the surgical team on instrument preparation prior to cases
- ability to train the surgical team on instrument preparation during the surgical procedure
- current knowledge of perioperative surgical technology practice
- knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
- ability to serve as an educational resource to customers completing CVAC Aspiration System procedures
- ability to demonstrate appropriate interactions with all hospital service providers
- ability to maintain and prepare equipment/kits for surgery
- ability to perform Quality Control audits of equipment/kits
- ability to troubleshoot equipment according to standard procedure
- ability to provide intra-operative clinical product support
- ability to ensure 100% of received inventory and returned inventory matches with shipping documents
- ability to assist in the delivery of procedural training to physicians and medical staff
- ability to ensure compliance with all company policies, including the quality policy, on label promotion and interactions with health care professionals
