Clinical Specialist

Job Summary
Accompany applications for non-invasive patient monitoring at customer sites and develop individual overall solutions with sales staff. Train clinical and nursing staff in the company's training center or hospitals, while presenting products at workshops, trade fairs, and congresses. Document and forward customer feedback into the CRM system and collaborate with national and international teams including Customer Service, Marketing, and Technical Service. Travel at least 60% of working time to cover the Northern Netherlands region. Requires high school diploma with subsequent medical training, excellent product-related medical expertise, and fluency in English and Dutch.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with subsequent medical training, e.g. as a cardio technician, nurse with specialized further training
- Excellent, product-related medical expertise
- Knowledge of hospital processes
- High degree of self-organization to plan, prioritize and implement necessary actions
- Fluent in English
- Good Knowledge of Dutch
- Traveling in the assigned region at least 60% of the working time
