Job Summary
Provide in-OR and preoperative planning support for orthopedic surgeries using Mako robotic and manual procedures; assist with CT-based planning, implant sizing, instrument checks, and operating room readiness; participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, education programs, and customer training events; support inventory management and logistics; shadow experienced teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences; respond to on-call coverage requirements including evenings, weekends, and holidays; collaborate with sales partners to ensure seamless execution and a unified customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Associate degree with 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- High school diploma with 6 years of professional and/or related experience
