Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement - Sioux City

Clinical Specialist for joint replacement at Stryker in Sioux City. In this role you will support surgeons in orthopedic procedures using both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics) and manual techniques, including intra-operative support, pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing and positioning, and instrument setup. You will participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, and customer training events, manage account-related administration and logistics, and provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position requires harnessing clinical and technical skills, adaptability in a fast-paced surgical environment, and collaboration with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners. Travel is required (up to ~70%), and the role may involve field-based and remote-work arrangements depending on the assignment. Minimum education includes a Bachelor’s degree (or an Associate degree with 4 years of related experience or a High School diploma with 6 years of related experience); preferred candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience and clinical background. Compliance with OSHA safety standards and a valid driver’s license are required.
