Job Summary
Conduct solo case coverage for manual and robotic orthopedic procedures by assisting surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning. Support full case preparation including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and real-time troubleshooting in the operating room. Manage daily account coordination, inventory logistics, and case documentation while shadowing experienced teammates to understand territory dynamics. Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, and customer training events to build trust-based relationships with surgeons and OR staff. Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure uninterrupted support for urgent cases. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, valid driver's license, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of professional and/or related experience OR High school diploma with 6 years of professional and/or related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs of force constantly to move objects
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Ability to handle instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or bodily fluids
- Ability to manage stressful OR situations with professionalism and focus
- Must be available for on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel 20%
- Ability to work majority to 100% of time at customer facilities
- Ability to work within the country of the job requisition location
- Ability to obtain the COVID-19 vaccination as an essential function of their role
Desired Qualifications

- Previous clinical experience (nursing, physical therapy, surgical technology, athletic training, personal training, medical scribing, etc.)
- Extracurricular involvement such as community service, leadership organizations, or athletic teams
