Job Summary
Clinical Specialist in Joint Replacement (Oklahoma City, OK) performs in-depth clinical and technical support for both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics) and manual orthopedic procedures, including pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning, OR readiness, instrument checks, and real-time procedural workflows. The role involves field-based activity with travel, on-call coverage evenings/weekends/holidays, shadowing teammates, product demonstrations, cadaver labs, and customer training events, and requires strong problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combinations) and willingness to travel up to ~80% within the US; fluency in English, valid driver’s license, OSHA safety compliance, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected.
Required Qualifications
