Job Summary
Clinical Specialist responsible for overseeing clinical operations and direct care across Assisted Living/Memory Care communities with interstate travel; develop and monitor documentation for regulatory review of assessments and service plans; ensure survey readiness; onboard new ALD/Community Team members; plan staff training for AL/LC staff; travel among multiple SLC communities to ensure care exceeds operational standards and complies with state/federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Area of Study: Nursing
- Active RN/LPN license
- Must maintain CEU as indicated
- Multi-State License may be required
- 3+ years experience in Senior Housing or long term care environment
- Driving required with license to drive a vehicle
- Overnight travel required
