Job Summary
Conduct high-quality clinical support partnerships for CVRx Barostim technology by educating cardiologists, heart failure specialists, and cardiac surgeons on therapy benefits. Facilitate trainings for clinicians and office staff, while providing technical troubleshooting during implant procedures, titrations, and patient visits. Collaborate with Territory Managers to launch new programs at customer sites and drive therapy expansion through disease state education. Act as the clinical interface between the medical community and business by meeting providers to identify clinical needs and constraints. Maintain accurate Salesforce records for devices and programmers, adhering to sales management processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, cardiology device experience, and 60% travel within the South Orlando or West Palm Beach, FL area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with products for cardiology or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff
- Ability to master concepts of a medical and surgical nature, as well as that of active implantable medical device technology
- Independent, self-motivated, self-starter with the drive and persistence to introduce a novel and innovative technology to the market and support it becoming the standard of care
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable and able to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn Salesforce, content management, learning management, and other systems as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. comfortably
- Ability to travel 60% or more, some overnights may be required
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to reside within the South Orlando or West Palm Beach, FL area
Desired Qualifications
- An advanced degree in a related field
- Clinical Healthcare experience
- Knowledge of heart failure or cardiovascular market with understanding of competitive devices, strategies, advantages/disadvantages as they relate to the company's devices
- Experience with heart failure
